Uluwatu SS27 : New collection
Uluwatu SS27 dives into 1970s surf culture, a golden age when every board looked like the person riding it: bold colors, free-form patterns, singular shapes.
Following the summer at SO/ Paris, the House turns Paris into a seaside horizon. Between the office and the waves, the surf T-shirt stretches into a dress and meets a tie, the towel becomes a garment, and boundaries blur between uniform and escape.
True to its sense of humour, J.Simone revisits the symbols of surf culture: shark teeth, hibiscus flowers, palm trees, surf wax and bodysurfing fins. A closed dress reveals the calm of the ocean; once opened, it unveils a surfer being followed by a shark.
A collection that leaves the everyday behind on the shore.
