AW26 MULET
This collection draws its inspiration from the history of the mullet haircut, which over time has become a true symbol of rebellion, identity, and pop culture. In the 1970s and 1980s, the mullet emerged as a powerful visual signature at the heart of rock and pop culture. Artists such as David Bowie during his Ziggy Stardust era, Paul McCartney, and Rod Stewart helped transform it into a stylistic manifesto — synonymous with boldness and self-assertion. Adopted by musicians, athletes, and various subcultures, it became a marker of counterculture and social expression, embodying energy, excess, and the desire to stand apart. In the 1990s and 2000s, its image shifted. The mullet gradually lost its iconic status and became associated with kitsch and bad taste, often mocked and caricatured as a symbol of an outdated aesthetic.
